In the first quarter of 2025, the apocalypse-themed mobile gaming market in New Zealand saw dynamic trends among the top five Android applications. Here's a closer look at their performance metrics based on Sensor Tower data.

Whiteout Survival from Century Games PTE. LTD. had a notable quarter with weekly revenue reaching around $32.6K by the end of March. The game experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting from 2.7K and dropping to 1.1K. Active users also decreased from 6.7K to 4.3K over the quarter.

Dark War Survival by Florere Game showed a revenue increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at $9.1K in late March. Weekly downloads and active users saw a downward trend, with downloads starting at 2.3K and ending at 729, while active users declined from 2.4K to 1.7K.
